sounds hyperbolic but i appreciate you lol
larry fink is calling for a return to office to protect his company’s investments, not because he believes it will increase productivity
listen to him in 2020:
take back the streets

not a fan of weather turning from winter to summer and just skipping spring
i want spring goddamnit 🌸
glad to see you back Lysander! missed your passion

do they eat raccoons? toronto needs bears 👀
i get really bullish on #bitcoin payments when i look at the careers pages of companies like #[1], lightspark, and lightning labs 🚀
lol ridiculous!
companies should be forced by law to post wage and salary info
markets are good at price discovery, yet companies are able to undermine the labor market by withholding this key info
how do we have a free market for labor without pricing?
/end rant
that feeling when your company tells you to commute into the office to collaborate in person, but then your coworker quits and they backfill their spot in shenzhen to save money 👀
that look in people’s eyes when they’ve been asked to commute into the office and they spend all day sitting in front of their computer on zoom calls with their globally distributed team 👀
the jacks are active tonight
i had a great night out on the danforth the other day, at a place called dylan bar
if everyone’s downtown and you got a crowd, assembly chef’s hall is overpriced but fun lol
where abouts are ya heading?
haha i hear ya. it’s expensive out here, especially in that neighbourhood. the junction and leslieville have some good quality spots, but not super cheap. there’s a ton of great, affordable chinese food in markham and richmond hill.
i live right outside the financial district and (almost) everything is overpriced or caters to tourists (usually both).
