lol…epic is taking over the world.

When I was an internal medicine intern, I wrote software to interface with epic and create my scut sheets.

Why do you believe it to be true? I mean, my chicken story could be true too, but I don’t think it’ll fly.

Does that means it’s publicly available? Not saying it’s untrue, I honestly haven’t a clue and wouldn’t put any amount of sex beyond the capability of any man, but I’m also skeptical because of the prime number…

I am not a Bitcoin Core developer, but I am a Bitcoin Core contributor as a bug reporter. I ran into a bug in 2021 and my report became part of a NYDIG bounty and the patch fixing it was the first merge for a new dev name Chris in 2022.

Not all cypherpunks write code. It’s more about choosing the cypherpunk ethos and taking whatever actions you can to further the movement.

Indeed. Another efficiency is the requirement that light and elementary particles interact in discrete energy states. Nature isn’t analog, it’s digital…and this means interactions aren’t uncountably infinite…they’re countably infinite, which is a lot lot less than uncountably infinite.

It’s a good design. Another smart design feature, if you will, is the requirement that only certain energy states are permitted for interactions with light and elementary particles…if nature were truly analog, the calculations would take much more time to perform. By limiting inputs, outputs are finite.

Quantum superposition is just another way of saying the universe doesn’t bother with a computation if the result won’t be observed.

I would like to take this time to offend all races and all other immutable personal characteristics just so that I can be in violation of crazy UK/EU/Canadian laws.

Inflation? What inflation? With only 6% of bitcoin left to be mined, that means we only have 6/94=6.382978% inflation left to go…forever.

Bitcoin is gonna make it. That wasn’t always clear.

I'd happily watch nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx do any aliens questioning.

I'd be skeptical as hell but so would he, so I figure he'd ask all the stuff I would anyway.

Yes. And shit I hadn’t thought of…despite having the fact I have undergraduate or graduate degrees in astronomy & physics, math, engineering, and medicine.

The truth is: knowing how to ask the right questions is as much art as science; requires experience/long standing habit of questioning everything and finding the answers to those questions. Training helps but it ain’t a substitute.

The Booth bomb I got from that episode with nostr:npub1cj8znuztfqkvq89pl8hceph0svvvqk0qay6nydgk9uyq7fhpfsgsqwrz4u was this: protocols come around a lot less frequently than applications, and thus people frequently confuse the two. If you analyze bitcoin as an application, you’ll massively undervalue it because as an app it can’t do it all. Bitcoin only achieves its full measure as the base of a stack of layered protocols.
