For me, it’s MUCH faster and a way more pleasant experience to flip thru paper NYT 📰 than clicking on bunch of links.
And easier to physically write notes with an actual 🖋️pen — write down ideas/thoughts or mark interesting articles to read later.
Plus, more likely to encounter random, interesting stories that may be of interest since not bound by algorithms of previously read.

Steve Martin is very intelligent, a good writer and his knowledge about art is extensive!
