I'm with you.

If you are working, then you are competing with other people whether you recognize that or not. Put the time and effort and work in at a shit wage and grind your way to a better life...

Or you can complain and watch while someone else does so and leaves you behind. 🤷

If the 2024 halving doesn't land on 4/20, I hope that it will be on 4/29 - 21 days after the full solar eclipse that happens earlier that month.

Your greatest advantage is time, but the world is designed to steal your time and attention, and it goes so fast. I guarantee that when you hit 30 you won't know where it all went.

Be thoughtful how you spend your time. Network, build hobbies, spend time with family, and learn skills. Be willing to fail.

How cool is it that we, the few that have discovered Bitcoin and nostr early, basically get to chill and meme and build while we wait for the rest of the world to catch on?

I hope that your day is exactly what you need it to be

Not for me, I've never acquired a taste for it. A little cream and sugar goes a long way.

Frugality is not wanting to spend a lot of money. Minimalism is not wanting to own a lot of possessions.

You can be frugal but own a bunch of clutter and junk. You can be a minimalist who spends a ton of money on the few items you opt to have.

I don't think there's anything wrong with Ledger the hardware. Their app is terrible for privacy, but security-wise you're probably fine.

The issue most people have with ledger is that:

1. It's a shitcoin wallet and so has greater attack surface for malicious actors to exploit

2. It's supposed to be a security-centric company but their decisions led to a leak where something like 180k customers had their personal identifiable information and physical addresses leaked to the dark web.

So I wouldn't trust them to manage my data, I wouldn't trust their Ledger Live service not to compromise my privacy, and I wouldn't use their hardware because I can't bring myself to put my faith in them.

But if those are not concerns and you just want to know about whether the hardware will secure your coin, I think you are probably fine. I'd still recommend looking at alternatives at some point though, but I'm also super paranoid 🤷

Dr. Ross is great, but he's wrong on that. Engagement isn't dead, it's REAL and proportional to how much value you put out and how many people see the note.

When I get 5 likes here it feels better than the rare times I got 50 on a tweet.

When I get zapped I know that my thoughts had real value to someone. You can't get that on Twitter. Just my two ⚡.
