Yes... They want to keep a good worker I would say. So the company is the same. (They have millions of workers world wide). I could even work in Spain or any other country if I want. I say I try the other location because the company isn't bad at all.
It's nearly a completely other work, another boss and another work place. I will check it out and if I still don't like it, I will go.

Yes, we talked today and it was a good conversation imho. I clreared some stuff like the total monthly work time and that i still go when I don't like it. He was really cool like I would expect someone in his position would behave. He really seems to be nice and I think he does care but on the other side like he already said himself, they don't want to lose good people.
