Legendary response!.... The original email was poorly written and meant to cause alarm, but carries a valid message within..... the first rule of Bitcoin is do not invest more than you are prepared to lose. Secondly, your transactions are not private and wallets are sketchy, sometimes they may or may not have backdoors......digital currency IS enevitable, we are in a digital age from here on out. Bitcoin still has many challenges, it is not the guaranteed winner. Just because it makes sense to you and me, doesn't mean it will be in the final adoption plan anywhere. We barely got cryptography, just by the skin of our teeth..... there are many bitcoiners, and we surround ourselves daily with bitcoin talk in these echo chambers, but honestly... There really aren't that many of us..... I am personally hopeful for a bitcoin future, the awesome one that everyone else wants, but I live in reality and sometimes things happen that don't make sense. Nobody can see into the future, So God Bless Bitcoiners and my our quest for a better world be fulfilled....Raining love on anyone who read this far....
I agreed with this so much that I decided to declare this fact to my facebook friends too.... still awaiting responses.
Do something good for yourself. Eat an orange.
Stand back people...the lightning node managed to scrape up a whole 41.93 sats today.... #unsungheros
Primal removed 4 notes from my profile on their page...thankfully I was messing around with noStrudel at the same time and had cached my own data... I was able to post a screen shot of the missing posts. then all of a sudden I couldn't update any of the profile fields...there was human manipulation of my account for sure.... screenshots are still up to see nostr:npub1nht3m5584zawfa99uqgkjk3k7f8z4cwt9uqf68ycvcxsgvtnv2jsgqjq6g
Pretty fancy looking for a third grade education...if I do say so myself..

And this is Pokey....Pokey doesn't do much heavy lifting...LOL.
I have 2 servers Zippy and Pokey... let me introduce you to Zippy.
The reality of life in northern New England for the foreseeable future..
🍨🍨Sometimes it's easy to forget that an ice cream sundae is still awesome, even if there is no cherry on top.
That is the best reply ever.... no...actually...but I will say that Nostr is pretty censorship resistant.....I bet I'm on quite a few mute lists..... after getting banned from twitter back in the vax days....I wanted to see how "censorship resistant" Nostr is.... and I might have told some Nostr "celebrity" that they smelled like a loser during a note exchange because Primal.net deleted some of my notes(so much for censorship).... well that ended me up muted pretty hard....so up comes npub#2..#3..#4... I'm done testing Nostr....I kinda like the place.
my newest thing to do for a laugh on Nostr, is to click on a post that is written in Japanese and getting an English translation...some of it is hilarious.
sounds like the Commodore 64 I had or something similar, everything was in basic...I would buy magazines at the book store and type in pages of codes.....tandy also had a very popular model at the time that I can't remember the name of.....same idea, giant keyboard plugged into back of tv... I had color, but not sure if there were variants....Now I play with Linux distros. and anything that promotes privacy or freedom. I only recently found Nostr...I dig the mobility of the npub.. good luck.
I'll leave you alone, but I love telling folks about my first 486 pc (my first computer was a Commodore 64 with all the shit.I had the cassette recorder, floppy drive, dot matrix printer with a whole box of tractor fed paper)...Anyways my first 486 had a Pentium 90MHz processor and the board had integrated graphics and comms.... I felt like a pirate back then...things were more exciting. all my friends and I shared a single password for the dial-up so it was free....... now I comment on random strangers posts......you had to go and mention Winamp in a post...LOL...Cheers
There was a time when I used to use winamp all day long. I'd be playing music downloaded by 56.6k modem from napster. I'm so old.
