Instead of it being broadcast to everyone, how about just a random group of ten people that you don't know. (By the way: if you bring your phone into the bathroom then this could already be the case.)

So, yesterday this normie friend was like "I couldn't ask you questions to know more about you, you're iron shut. Chains and shackles." (Or something to that sort.) I was like "I'm like an open book, especially to some people including you, so what are you talking about?"

He was like "out of all the people I know, you're THE ONLY ONE I talk on signal (I told him that's the only place I'll talk to him on, even tho he did get an account because of some other girl. Actually, before me 3 other women told him 'conspiracy' stuff, but guess that's still not enough to wake him up and he's not talking to the one that introduced him to signal now) and you're the only I know that uses a currency that has privacy (something to that sort), so I figured you're super secretive.

There is no bigger intellectual time suck than national politics. The amount of time that is wasted discussing politicians, elections and policy is mind boggling.

It's a never ending cycle that takes people away from productive endeavors.

I came to this realization last night in the middle of a dinner. We wasted 20 minutes of our precious time speculating about the presidential election when we could have been talking about things that will actually make a difference.

I've had this conspiracy for awhile: the reality tv show of national politics is partly designed to distract from local politics, where we DO have power but we don't use it, because we're taught to conceptualize politics as national.
