A concrescence of Mind fumbling with the controls of this meat chariot. Nostr onl

I think it's a matter of zooming in or out. Directly beneath the phenomenal, it appears that everything is dualistic. Beneath dualism, it appears that everything is a reflection of the whole. Beneath the reflection of the whole, its all one. And then it's all self. But then it breaks back apart and its all like spinning sets of dualities or paired archetypes. Strength/Weakness, Fortune/misfortune, Inside/outside, Christ/serpent, material/spiritual - etc forever, probably. The archetypal elements make a story, and the self is the logos enjoying the adventure of being the fool.

But... I'm trapped in this particular fool (myself in front of mySelf), stuck at this zoom magnification level

The thought continued developing for me too. The things which we can define in terms of opposites are higher forms, indefinite concepts, maybe platonic forms or maybe higher than that. The things with no definite opposites are material things.

Not sure if this is useful... Maybe it could help to be able to consciously dwell in abstraction... Well, which is the abstraction is debatable, but I guess I mean practicing pure rationalism

Understanding comes in flashes - like a phase shift, where ice absorbs energy and doesn't change, but when enough energy is absorbed, it suddenly flows as water.

Likewise, sometimes you read a paragraph three times and comprehend nothing. You read the words, hear them in your mind, but at the end you have no idea what you just read. But on the fourth try, it clicks. The energy you expended on the first three tries unlocks a phase shift on the fourth try, and the new understanding is added to your overall matrix.

Furthermore, the same phenomenon is going on during meditation or prayer - the two are opposites in a way, but both are internal work. The phase change doesn't occur on the first try.

Thank God for coffee β˜•

Hmm... πŸ€”

Which is more useful - gratitude for something with no definite opposite, like coffee, or gratitude from something which can be easily defined by its opposite or what it's not, like warmth?

For the purpose of meditation, prayer, and practicing gratitude... Would the difference have an effect on you?

Anyways, #GM β˜•

If the kid can crawl inside, you can call it a pig in a blanket

Oh yeah, that's for a computer or maybe a room. The generators people put in their garages or crawl space are usually gasoline powered and run the whole house. I think its cheaper than putting in a wall of batteries, but idk

In that case, easier to stomach. But apply that principle to all of them... Seems like every cycle has a few that go bust. Its the loaning business that does it
