How can you help? Here are the ways:
1. Using: Use the Bitcoin Justice Protocol. Today we have a Justice Protocol that uses Bitcoin as collateral that is already functional. Go to this link https://pls-mvp.vercel.app and use it. If you have any questions, contact us here.
2. Volunteering: Help improve the Bitcoin Justice Protocol or develop the Web of Trust, the current stage of our efforts. We need people to help with the development, but also people who can give their opinion on the progress of the project in various areas. For those who are unable to follow the weekly PLS Project meetings, which are held in Portuguese on the Project Discord Server, here is a status report on the project's progress:
JUSTICE PROTOCOL
- We have reports that some contracts have already been signed (we can't track them, so we'll only know about them if they're reported to us)
- We also know of some projects using contracts signed by the PLS justice protocol that are in progress
CURRENT EFFORTS
- The current focus of development is to create a "reputation repository" (or perhaps a web of trust) to start reputation tracking
- The advantage of reputation tracking is that it will allow smaller contracts to be executed without bitcoin collateral, using the reputation of the parties as "collateral"
WHERE WE NEED HELP
- We need people who can help us develop this "reputation repository", we currently have a template (below) and now we need to get its MVP online, if anyone can help please let us know

but as a lawyer, i do have one piece of advice for you:
always assume the worst case!
and it is sometimes difficult to think around corners like those who will ultimately put the system to the test the most.
Our proposal is precisely to put a system to the test, since it allows the enforcement of a court decision, something that these other solutions do not offer.
The one you mentioned, SCC, requires the good will of the parties, things that cease to exist when a contract is broken.
For example, article 46 (Effect of an award - An award shall be final and binding on the parties when rendered. By agreeing to arbitration under the Arbitration Rules, the parties undertake
to carry out any award without delay) makes it clear that they do not resolve enforcement. In other words, this SCC proposal does not generate a private justice solution, since it fails to have private enforcement.
The PLS protocol would solve this problem and even help SCC address the weakness in its process.

É pergunta semelhante nos anos 90 vc dizer "como explico para minha vó como mandar um email?". Uma pessoa que não faz a mínima ideia do que é um site, login e senha não saberá usar email. Uma pessoa "totalmente leiga" não saberá usar Nostr

Isso mesmo, as pessoas querem ser controladas e dizem que o libertarianismo falha em não controlar elas, enquanto ele propõe o contrário, onde as pessoas tem a responsabilidade de controlar a própria vida
Existe uma ala significativa da direita brasileira que critica o libertarianismo sem entender o que de fato é o libertarianismo.

UMA REFLEXÃO SOBRE SER LIBERTÁRIO E CATÓLICO
Dias atrás um amigo me perguntou "não é ruim ser sempre um estrangeiro?", pois moro nos USA.
Essa pergunta me fez refletir, pois não me lembro nenhum momento da minha vida que de fato me senti pertencente a um lugar. Mesmo em relação a cidade que nasci e passei a infância, eu pensava que meu lugar era fora dali.
Refletindo sobre essa pergunta vejo que talvez seja por isso que eu me identifico tão firmemente como libertário e católico.
Libertário por saber que todas as pátrias, mesmo as que tenho sentimentos positivos como o Rio Grande do Sul e os USA, me veem como um hospedeiro.
Católico por saber que o reino não está aqui.
Essa cidade é muito legal, conheci ela uns 15 anos atrás por causa das cachoeiras, preciso ver ela pós bitcoinização!
