It's hard to say about Balika because as a hunter-gatherer she doesn't have many possessions. She has a small hut that she only uses for sleeping, and later she travels with the kassilar sleeping outdoors, so we wouldn't know.

When I meet people like the antagonists (who have power to destroy my life and would very much enjoy doing that — hello, Belarusian police ✋), I just try to stay away from them while quietly boiling with hatred. The only thing I can do is give them a dirty look, but in some cases it's better to try to remain unnoticed, so not even looking is preferable.
