My Mom had a stroke 15 years ago. Christmas Day 2009, in the evening. Her husband (my stepdad and a really good shit rest his soul) found her on the living room floor next to the couch on Boxing Day morning. She may have been there for hours. Only two nights earlier on Christmas Eve we were celebrating and I still remember her saying “I love you” as we left their house back home to wait for Christmas morning. She hasn’t spoken since, other than a single word, which is “bo”. She uses different inflections and nonverbal cues with it to convey meaning, but man, I wish I could have a conversation with her again. She went from being a voracious reader to barely being able to comprehend or write a single written word.
The fact that she is still alive today after such a huge ischemic event really points at the drug companies and her doc as the reason it happened in the first place. She had been prescribed Crestor and Lipitor a couple years earlier to treat high cholesterol, and when her husband was laid up and unemployed following cancer surgery, she stopped purchasing the meds because they simply couldn’t afford them.
I’ve learned since that stopping taking these two drugs once you are on them increases your risk of clotting and strokes by up to 10X. Fucking Astra Zeneca and Viatris.
First day out in the yard for the season. Snow is gone at last! Having a little fire, some tunes, and getting the rust off the throwing arm.

Fighting in a conflict we had no reason being involved in because there’s fuck all for jobs back home.
It’s the cock jokes. 🤙🏽🍆
(And the great guests and takes on BTC). Look forward to every episode boys
What do you folks think about multisig setups:
Is it better to use Sparrow desktop to run your vaults with the inherent vulnerability of having one stationary PC running the show, or use a proprietary app like BlueWallet or Nunchuk where the app could one day not be supported or be pulled from the App Store?
The reason I’m asking is because I want the security that you get from multisig, with the redundancy of having a set of identical cloned devices offsite in a secure location.
Does anyone know if you’re using pairs of cloned cold cards in a multisig, are the clones equally suitable for signing transactions as the original cold cards, as long as you’ve shared the multisig wallet config from your vault over to both clones? Thanks.
I sense a new market for NFC tag g-strings.
Actually told a guy in hunting camp to turn that shit off or leave. Every 15 seconds another annoying dopamine inspired snippet of garbage.
It’ll be wiped out forever.
I met my wife 21 years ago today. One of the few things that have given me joy on this rock, hurtling through space.
Good bye and thanks for the content and ideas.
