I miss being unreachable. I can wait to skip my work phone out into the lake one day.

Did anyone here ever think that 2019 was the apex of western culture and civilization? Until we go through the oncoming crisis and come through it like the champs we are. I’ll be old and near dead, but I will see free men rise again.

No Fakebook since 2003. No Twatter since 2020. No other socials. Nostr only.

Incrementally, one piece of legislation at a time. Starting with the Patriot Act. 342 pages written, ratified and passed into law in October 2001, allegedly in response to the 9/11 terror attacks and the ricin attacks, a little over a month after 9/11. Based on the timing I think it’s obvious that it had been written long before September 11.

You’ve just done more math than most people care to do in the ten years following their exit from the indoctrination centre.

Older video, but it has triggered a memory in my brain tonight, I think it relates significantly to the current timeline: let me know what you think: Love, hate, tangential thoughts?

It’s disturbing. I love it. The art direction is so cutting edge and consistent. Unlike any style I have seen. The song kind of reminds me of Rammstein’s “Du Hast” but I’ve been so buried in American and Australian metal since I last listened to Rammstein, and I rarely watch music videos, so maybe this visual style is more common than I am aware. But it’s tight.

I like the message of the song, but it feels like the songwriter is at a place I was 25 years ago. Which is understandable given what the world has turned into since then.

I absolutely love that game. I don’t get a lot of gaming time these days, but I’ve always hoped for an opportunity to finally try playing it coop. Unfortunately Elden Ring is not super well suited to occasional or casual play. It is just so unforgiving. But I occasionally hop in and just farm xp and try to open up new areas when I feel like dying a lot lol.

Gotta love practical uses of technology. I had 3” between two trees to back in here.
