one last point is that, even if you're absolutely sure you're only hating "the right people", those detections can have false positives and false negatives.

One of the reasons I simply don't run additional checks for "groups that are immune from criticism" is because I'm autistic and I'm absolutely horrible at sorting people into buckets like that. Where most people aren't even gonna hit 90% accuracy, I'll be lucky to do 50%. And that's after spending a sad amount of compute cycles trying to do the sorting in the first place.

This is a very common problem with Network Solutions, I've personally been in multiple Skype calls where takeovers happened on the first attempt.
