Privacy is a human right and necessary for freedom. - VP of Operations at Cake Wallet - Privacy advocate - Host of optoutpod.com, a privacy-focused podcast

Hey Mark, was just searching Nostr and came across this!

I have one and have charged it three times in 6mo of having it and using it pretty frequently for testing and personal use.

IIRC you can expect 8+ hours of screen-on time, which equates to a looooot of usage with a HWW.

Happy to answer any other questions you have!

We've also compiled a lot of reviews you can watch/read here, and are collecting testimonials to share as well so other's can see what those outside of Foundation think of Passport 😃

Hey there, sorry we missed this!

1. Go to Settings > Device > About and you can view master xPUB and fingerprint

2. You can't view a list of devices on the device, but you can verify any address easily with the QR code scanner. Just go to the account it's related to > Verify Address and Passport will ensure it's a valid address for the device + account.

Bitcoin was created for *exactly* these situations as a response to the financial mayhem of 2008.

Thankful to be building tools that enable more people to opt out of a broken system in times of crisis and choose freedom.

Chronologically but allow sort options, IMO.

A huge improvement over Twitter as well would be the ability to batch unfollow.

Hell yeah, absolutely loving Nostr! I've all but abandoned Twitter for it at this point.

The man's hardcore and won't do Zaps until he can do it privately, I respect that!

I'll zap the hell out of him once he has it setup 😉

Coin control is absolutely not a necessity like it is in Bitcoin, but it's still a nice-to-have for more advanced threat models and power users.

Bitcoin wallets *must* have coin control to properly preserve privacy, Monero wallets really only need it for users with an advanced threat model where they fear targeted surveillance and attacks.

Nah, I'm not of the opinion that they're spam even though they're not ideal.

They pay a fee and meet consensus rules, they get included in blocks, not my place to censor due to personal preference.

Would love that, *please* find a way to at least drive donations if not monetize the approach so that it is sustainable.

I'll broadcast till I die, have 20GB of RAM on that host so we can handle a hell of a mempool if I have to 🤣

Yup, look forward to that as XMR has 0 coin control tools on mobile today.

Very very basic right now, but love seeing CC tools on mobile, need this in every mobile Bitcoin wallet.
