With albyhub I have the issue that it doesnt allow me to send sats yet...It seems very complex and overwhelming to me and I dont get it yet...

nice to meet you, too! Thank You for your kind reply. I appreciate your suggestions, even though for my purpose at hand they seemed a little to 'complex' :-)

My own journey into this question has only started a year or so ago and at the moment I am at the tipping point of considering the whole mainstream narrative complete scam. I am having a couple of conversations about the topics with friends of mine. And they are like "are you our of your mind?!?". I dont think I am. However, my own journey was very complex, long winded and - well - personal. So, how can I even get to a foundation to look at these things with them.

I know that I am touching a somewhat universal topic, however I am curious what you folks have experienced in that regard.

I am a vegetarian for many years, who just started to eat meat again. (shout out to all the carnivores on nostr ;-). And now I got diagnosed an iron deficiency.

Without asking for medical advice, but rather human advice:

What would you do in my place, given your understanding of health.

Supplement? If so, in what form?

Eat (more) meat? If so, special kinds of meat?

At this point I am not (yet) ready to change to a carnivore diet :-)
