Felt bold after #drunkstr, decided to make Italian-inspired sauce with cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan, and white beans (and bacon to sweeten the deal). Half of the offspring disliked the tomatoes, wife is cold-footed about beans, but I hoped that bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan would be enough to offset it, but to little avail.
