Why doesn't every client has an inbuilt personal relay ... that syncs with public ones as and when they connect .. like email outbox ? Is it inefficient ?

I think of #nostr as a creative tool for content management .. it automatically creates a website for me from where I can share my creativity to X , FB etc ..if I choose to .. In essence X is now just another nostr client albeit few extra steps ..
