I found it useful to aim for a set of 10 every hour that I'm awake.
Often missed an hour here and there, but spreading out the sets made each set easier while increasing my total rep count for the day. But the biggest win was it got me off my butt and raised my heart rate more often.
So, on net, probably a slightly worse approach for building strength but a bit better for overall health and an easier mental "ask" to commit to (so more likely to keep going longer term).
Same idea, I imagine, as this. Ceramic element heats up a bug bite without causing burns. Intense pain and relief at the same time. Only thing I've ever found that works for itchy bites.
