i was thinking about getting a fine itialian suit and wearing it to the next meetup and then everyone would be like 'yo whats up with the suit?' and id say 'ive heard if you wear suits dank shit happens to you' and then everyone would want to talk to me and be my friend and id probably get halla more successful then im like 'nah fuck all that'.

dont have any literature recommendations. i do like learning about things ill never be able to do anything with. i read lot of biography. 'open' by andre agassi, 'undisputed' by mike tyson and 'monster' by shanyika shakur are some of my all time favs. beats literature imo.

I'm nostr only on my phone. Amethyst is my daily driver but I use primal for uploading images and it's good having a dead ass simple custodial lightning wallet since WoS left the US. ( With lnurl). I use the primal wallet for non nostr things from time to time. Feels good man. Primal with alby is my choice for web based nostr. #grownostr.

Pretty sure I zap the same Everytime. When I use primal the zaps are always public but on amythist a good amount of the time they are anonymous

I wish I could decide when to make it public/anonymous. How do you do it?

Fasting worked for me. Then I did therapy, sobriety and finally emdr. Ps it was a lot of hard work and time, the therapy was expensive and time consuming. But now I'm at the place where sometimes I can see my challenges as a positive thing, which was not the case for the longest time.

But when I was peak depressed I stopped eating. I started with 1 week and eventually I started doing an extended fast once a year between 10 and 15 days. Highly effective yet quite difficult.

Also chose your friends wisely. Find positive people, preferably sober who bring out the best in you

Sometimes when I zap some one it shows me as the zapper other times it does not and I don't really know what I did differently...
