I’m trying to get more organized because that’s half the problem. I’m always scattered and put myself last on the priority list.

It’s been too much convenience and junk food in my life lately to cope with an overburdened schedule. I haven’t focused on my health since I was pregnant with my second son, who is almost four!

I’m sick of feeling like garbage everyday, so I’m going to post meals on Nostr to help keep myself accountable and show off the awesome food I can get my hands on through the development of our local food co-op and home growing.

Bok Choi is the "cabbage" in this recipe, it is a Brassica as well. Yes ferments do not have to contain Cabbage.
