You can look up their associated email using a pgp key server, if they published it.
RE: "You should also consider coinjoining your KYC stack."
I've been bitten by this. If your coins are kyc'd and you coinjoin, you'd better be disposing of them. If not then the IRS will tax you a capital gain when it leaves your 'trail' and income when it comes back. It's a double tax on a non-taxible event.
If your coins are kyc'd, and you dispose of your crypto without paying capital gains, the IRS can look back several years. Sure you come clean with your kyc coins eventually, but your history will haunt you.
They send you a letter like this, if audited

“Based” describes someone who acts or lives true to themselves with little concern for how other people see them.
“Based” is also used to express approval or agreement with someone else’s words or actions.
Kyc all the things /s
ACINQ phoenix for lightning users that can't run a full node, ZUES if you want to manage your lightning channels yourself, and then #cashu for receiving small payments while the user is offline (Having an LN Address). Cashu offers better privacy and you don't have to kyc or ask for permission.
For everything else, pick a full node solution. Obvously a hard wallet for larger amounts.

Guys, I setup avichand@nostr.cash as my lightning address! It’s working like a charm. I’m able to send and receive sats from #Damus
I followed the instructions on the nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm site —
#grownostr
That domain name is based!
The value prop of Bitcoin is permissionless which is incompatible with white markets by definition.
If one is going to make transactions that follow the rules, there is little reason to have or use Bitcoin. In fact, it might even end up worse than just using fiat.
I don't even have an iOS device, but others have reported this issue
On iOS you need to go to Settings, Advanced, Experimental and enable Push API, and then add nsec.app on homescreen. Then it should start working in the background. But I haven't done extensive iOS testing yet, so no guarantees there.
Phoenix ACINQ is for mobile. LND is for running a full node last I checked.
I think swaproot is on the right track to self custody for users that can't run a full node, and then #cashu for receiving small payments while the user is offline. For everything else, pick a full node solution. Obvously a hard wallet for larger amounts. People are running out of excuses to not self custody.

So who owns bitcoin now?
But if you must use a custodial wallet, #cashu has greater privacy.
