I've been using gpodder to download the nostr:npub1tn2lspfvv7g7fpulpexmjy6xt4c36h6lurq2hxgyn3sxf3drjk3qrchmc3 stuff to my NAS using the nostr:npub196qvw7utjs0cnztlg4aww98ekql9svm6c4wlv6sug70nzz0uujxsprafme feed you have.
This way any new additions also get auto downloaded.
This is a good idea, as sometimes things get removed from archive.org. I added a feature to hide missing titles to the web page to combat this.
No but I'm sure a plug-in could be created. If there is a way to pull RSS there is a feed link in my profile.
There's a lot of good old Christmas stuff. Muppets and the Rankin & Bass Christmas specials were great old ones too π

I've got the 4kXX rips too. They are beautiful, yes.
I find they don't look as good when compressed down though, the grain makes for a messy looking encode. The 40GB+ 4k files aren't meant for streaming over the Internet in cases like this. These files are < 2GB, and still look great.
