I found a few places online with deals for 1st time customers (at spot price!). It looks like we’re looking at some higher prices in the future, and I want to have some bullion/coins to sell as prices continue to rise—and a politicians continue to show their love and intelligence.🚀🧨

Good morning, All! It is overcast in northern Ohio today and we’ve reached our high temperature for the day. (47) Our new furnace is installed with wiring, fuel line, exhaust pipe, and ductwork all connected. All that is left is for the propane & tank to be delivered and connected to the house. That, and line test and final tuning/light-up are scheduled for

this coming Thursday. We are excited! It has been about a month since our wood-fired furnace had its third flue fire and we decided to switch to propane.

Anyway, it is time to put the ducks out and gather eggs. Then I have to carry a cord of firewood up out of the basement. At least I can’t complain about not having anything to do!

Nice!! I’ve thought about seeing if I could work(volunteer) at my Dad’s friend’s sawmill. But I have eyesight issues and don’t think it is wise. Being an adult sucks sometimes! 😕

Same with local LEOs. I have a hard time balancing stories of bad Leo’s and the attitude of respect my parents taught me. Gets really complicated when trying to teach my kiddos.

It is chilly outside, but the furnace guys are here to finish their part is the install (propane guys deliver the tank & gas next week), the sun is shining, and God has given me the ability to walk & see the beauty He has made! The new furnace arrived today. The old furnace is out, and the new one is in the basement. It will be connected to ductwork tomorrow, and the propane line will be installed tomorrow. I’m told the propane tank and house connection will be installed next week.

It has been a month of winter with 3 small electric space heaters heating (trying to…) our old farmhouse.

Soon a proper furnace will be installed & heating the house. We can’t wait!!!

That’s a conversation I’ve had many times with my teenager. We’ve gone round and round arguing about this…and I always get pinned down by logic when I give the (common/accepted) answer.

I’m sorry to read about that you’re having issues with the dishwasher! Is there any possibility of fixing it yourself? I find lots of repair videos there & rarely have to take anything to a repair shop. I’ve saved a lot of money over the past 10 years doing that. Best wishes!
