Ben, you're right. The rebuttals before are not based on common sense. I'm a boomer. I know the difference between contrails and chemtrails. I grew up with contrails. What we see today are not contrails. These are man-made, artificial, chemical clouds that are poisoning the air we breathe and the food we eat. This must stop. I hope they do when the incoming Trump administration gets in.
Reverse osmosis filter is a must for everyone that has their own place.
If you're like me and you move around a lot, it's a bit more challenging - you'll often have to settle for "better" rather than "perfect". Just do the best you can.
I usually look for the highest quality water I can find at the grocery store, (in glass bottles if possible, as those plastic containers often sit for weeks/months leeching in lots of microplastics)

You're right, reverse osmosis is the way to go, when you can. We also use an AlexaPure Pro, which I think can be gotten in a variety of sizes for portability.
No doubt about it with any hospital. I would go in if I broke my arm or needed to be stitched up, but not for any diagnosis or treatment. That is crazy these days if you want to live.
We have a local store that sells meat, poultry and dairy from local farms. We buy all of that there and only shop big grocery for things we can't source locally.
