Getting sunrise in the eyes is the best sleep aide. I've come across some delta8 products created with impure chemicals, always be cautious. Planting a few seeds is the best way to go!

I have a family member with chronic insomnia. I’ve heard delta 8 is a great help for those afflicted with sleepless nights.
