how do I see the hashtags you follow?

just build a standard keeb with switches with a short pretravel… low profile is like choosing threads over nostr because it promises maybe some activitypub support at a later date.

they really aren’t, they let this build sit in TestFlight for 72 days even after many large profile actors made a fuss.

the nostrscript is a great work around… but that’s not technically on the App Store.

This #nostrscript is my currently preferred method… https://nostrscript.suhailsaqan.com

but altstore / sideloadly a fork like #sideus doesn’t require jail break.

two days till zaps actually technically dead on App Store

although I subscribe to the capsule wardrobe, which is a trend in itself. my understanding was jobs actually didn’t wear the same thing everyday, the iconic look at keynotes was a wardrobe decision from Ives suspiciously about 6 months after this album came out.

I see your point, that these services are known to email you to get you to come back to their “there” but that’s because these are different accounts and different services than your home feed.

In its current form nostr feels like it’s centralized, even tho it’s hosted decentrally. I don’t go to different places and communities on nostr, I just go to nostr. Attempts to do community are more curated lists of homefeed content, rather than different “there”s.

Nostr lack the ability to be in different contexts and stay in those contexts. It feels, and is lexical spoken of as one place. Nostr feels like email, not like multiple different places with one login, so no the opposite of email.

if nostr doesn’t offer locals, patreon, substack like capability… another protocol will. Creators won’t care if it zaps or not. Creators won’t care if it’s oriented by v4v. Creators will bring their audience there not here.

without universal significance doesn’t necessarily equate to an accusation of forgery, deception, or ascribing negative intentions.

this, i think they would go the route of something like cashu, Amish in say el salvador would likely have no issue doing that. I’m sure there would varying religious opinions on if it’s a currency or not in places that don’t yet consider it legal tender.
