I’d go to gym hammered. At least go for a walk if you don’t want to be amongst people. I think alk+sport is better than just alk.. i know a few professional mountain guides, skiers, paraglide pilots that are alcoholic, no way around that fact. Though I think they’re somewhat healthier and happier than an average alcoholic and their physical abilities seem to be top notch 🤷🏼‍♀️
