I love my progress routine and I do it every day, because it is interesting and challanging, because I feel the change and growth, and because I'm becoming the person I want to be!

Life is like a boxing sparring match; you want your opponent to throw punches at you; otherwise, it will be boring.

The worst sparring would be if you just hit once and win. What's the purpose of it at all then?

EMBARRASSMENT.

Most people are afraid of it because, in the past, an embarrassing situation could have led to exclusion from the tribe and death.

But the ability to be embarrassed and be okay shows something very important: you are so adapted that you don't fear being rejected and will survive anyway.

While in the past only the strongest and smartest could survive embarrassment and rejection, nowadays anyone can. You will not die for sure, however harsh the embarrassment and rejection may be.

It becomes a matter of mindset. Anyone can understand and reprogram their minds and bodies, which will make it a usual thing and give immense advantage.

I've tried all kinds of food in my life. I was addicted to fast food for many years, eating burgers/fries and drinking soda.

Then I started eating healthy, which I thought was lots of vegetables and meat, avoiding sugar.

Now I eat only meat, eggs and cheese (50 days already). But not all meat is created equal. My last 15 days (before the fast) I ate the best food I've ever tasted, which is boiled beef, with eggs and cheese. It is so good that I will eat it for the rest of my life.

And as it is the tastiest food I've ever had, I dont need cheat meals or cheat days. I just don't want other food...

Communication challenge I was playing with my friend today:

He chooses a person, my goal is to approach and communicate for as long as possible.

Then I choose someone.

And we were trying to choose strange and interesting people πŸ˜„

Changes the mindset completely.

The ability to communicate freely with anyone is one of the most important skills. And anyone can learn it!

Working on my social skills lately. Communicating with people on the streets, noticing what feels discomforting, what scares me, and doing exactly that.

After doing it for several days, embarrassment doesn't bother or scare me anymore. I feel almost free socially, can come up to anyone and say anything. But more training is necessary...

48 hours. Felt ok in the morning. Workout was good. After was feeling weak and lazy for several hours. Then went walking through the city, approaching people, communicating, and felt energized and good.

Communication, relationship, business. Everything is an exchange of value. If, for some reason, the value is not exchanged fairly, the interaction becomes parasitic.

Parasitic relationships fail!

The amount of pain you can tolerate.

The intensity of chaos you can swim in.

The world is infinitely diverse and complex. But your mindset is what determines what the world is for you!

FASTING 21.

What will happen to a warrior who doesn't eat anything for 21 days?

We will know for sure, in 21 days.

Did blood tests today (CBC, total & free testosterone). Will be interesting to compare before, right after, and after 10 days of eating.

I was 90 kg exactly in the morning. I think I will come down to 76-77 kg.

Plan to lift weights in the gym for 1 hour and walk 10000 steps every day. Other activities, as usual.

I have been eating only meat and eggs for a month now. So it should be pretty easy, no carb addiction...

We become better at whatever we do. We forget and become weak at whatever we don't do.

Think, learn, communicate, move, lift weights, walk, run, create, build...

People were using horses and pigeons to send messages and communicate, and it was slow and inefficient, but it was the technology available back then. Now we use the Internet. And it doesn't matter who and why created it. The tech is superior and more effective.
