You will be distracted, and that's why you will fail.
Or you will focus, and you will succeed!
Most issues we are concerned about in the world are just distractions created to pull our attention from the real problem β that we are debt slaves exchanging our lives for worthless paper.
Everyone is searching for a magical way to make money, preferably without hassle.
Money is the result of other people's work. You can exchange the value you provide for other people's money. Without providing value, even if you magically win the lottery, you will not get far.
In the end, it is a game with yourself. When you level up and start creating value instead of just consuming, you can exchange it for money. You will easily find a way to do it.
The second simplest way to change your life for the better is to move, train, lift weights.
I am the laziest person in the universe. I don't even want to breathe without a reason.
If I do something, it must have a reason. That's how I accomplish extremely hard, even impossible things, and endure the pain and discomfort.
I know exactly why I am doing it. I know that it is necessary to achieve my goals, which are non-negotiable for me; they are set in stone.
Why aren't you doing whatever you need to do?
If for survival you will need to walk 10 km, you will do that. If 20, you'll do that, too. 50? 100? 200?
You see, you can do it! You just need a kick in your lazy ass π
The simplest way to change your life for the better is to stop eating crap. Eat only real food!
If you don't drive your car sometimes, it will rust inside. If you don't do scheduled maintenance, don't expect it to perform well.
The same is true for your body. Think, move, and maintain yourself!
If you want to become a great tennis player, you better play tennis and practice for several hours every day. The more, the better. And you better enjoy every single minute of it. How? If you want to become great, you will find a way! 
If someone wants something from you β requests, forces you, or tries to deceive you into giving it away β you can decline. Never do anything you don't want to do; otherwise, you will destroy yourself.
Universe has underlying principles that guide all the processes. Physics and mathematics describe all these processes.
Whatever happens always follows these processes and can be explained by these two disciplines.
If you haven't found how something aligns with the laws, it doesn't mean it is magic.
Everything is physical in the universe!

Fasting gurus, dietitians, and other knowledgeable specialists, please explain this to me.
It is a well established knowledge that after prolonged fasting, you don't immediately eat food, you slowly introduce it during many days, starting with carrot juices and then adding more 'light' foods.
I just finished my 21-day fast and ate the 'heaviest' food and ate a lot of it. And I feel good. No discomfort at all. 
The problem 'men' (boys) have with women is scarcity. They can't imagine that they can meet the woman they like and have a great relationship. This is why they stick to what is available and try to make it work.
I am speaking from my personal experience, where I was dumped several times and was begging for love in the past, but have lots of options and interesting relationships now.
Anyone can change the situation completely. It is not easy and will take courage, willpower, and dedication. But it is absolutely worth it.
You need to work on yourself! 
Most of my life, I was an ordinary, average guy, seeking pleasure and avoiding discomfort. I never thought or believed that I could do anything extraordinary or great.
Then, one day, I became so bored with my meaningless existence that I decided to pursue greatness. Whatever that meant, whether I could achieve anything or not, regardless of the time and energy it might require β it just seemed much more interesting.
Since then, I've been moving in that direction, searching for what's interesting and extraordinary, pushing my limits and doing crazy stuff. My life has been incredibly exciting since then, an amazing journey that I enjoy every single day.
You don't need to know exactly where you're going or believe you can achieve success. Just follow your interests and progress toward a future that ignites a fire inside you!

When you can't do something but want to do it, you just learn and practice, doing it as often as you can.
And you will not be good at it in the beginning.
But every time you do it, no matter how good or bad, and no matter the result, you're succeeding!

Weight loss.
As no food or calories entered my body for 21 days, the body tried to use whatever resources it had as efficiently as possible. So it used fat as energy and tried to preserve everything it thought would be necessary for survival, muscles, heart, lungs, and other organs.
I look significantly thinner than before, especially in areas where I had fat. After several years of eating, the small amount of muscles that were catabolizes will be restored, and also additional muscle fibers will be built, as the body remembers that I needed muscles to survive, I was lifting weights. Also, the muscles I have will be filled too. So I will look much bigger in a week or two. We will see.
There's lots of extra skin, which will take a long time to disappear.
I'll need more time to bring it to a better state. And this is exactly what I will do. Interesting times ahead.

Eating.
Around 500 g beef, cheese, 3 eggs, butter. Couldn't eat it all. Ate only a half π But it was pleasure ππΌπ₯β€οΈ
Feel great, no negative effects, no stomach or any other discomfort. Just resting and enjoying life π

Nope. Delusional! I eat and feel great, exactly how our ancestors did after they caught their pray. And I ate fatty meat! Fear me π 
500 hours. I was feeling good today. Clear mind, almost no weakness. Went to the gym and had good training. Later, I did blood tests. Bought food.
My 21-day fast is over.
My weight is 78 kg, so I lost 12 kg.
At this point, I could continue and would lose 5 more kg easily.
But the plan was 21, so I will do exactly that.
Now, what is the most interesting part is blood tests, as I've never done that before. I did a test before the fast, today after the gym, and will do it in a week. As others say, my testosterone should have decreased during the fast, but after a week of eating, it should go up 150-200% compared to before the fast. It is a huge increase, if true, we will see.
