Let's be honest.

No one would go through discomfort and pain to learn, progress, and grow, if we were not forced to.

If you feel ok, comfortable, in the right place, if you can settle, this is where your progress stops.

Freedom comes when you are not influenced by your fears... You can do anything and choose to do whatever you want.

When you're afraid of some things, and these fears influence your options, you're not free...

Are you good enough?

My whole life, I always thought I was not good enough... And I was trying to do better...

I learned, was working out, trying to become better at different things, diving deeper into everything, in order to understand how the world works... to become better.

And it was interesting. I was pushing my limits, going through fears and resistence, progressing like crazy...

Some psychologists say that we should accept ourselves and understand that we are good enough.

Now, after going through all the struggle I do understand what they mean, we are good enough as a people, as an individuals, as a human beings, and we should accept ourselves and love ourselves unconditionally. Only after that we can strive towards excellence and to become the best versions of ourselves...

But... would I be able to understand it before I went through all the struggles? Would I be able to understand how the world works without all my delusions and confusion? Would I be motivated to go forward conquering my world? Or maybe I would just accept everything as it was and would just enjoy my mediocre life...

So, the question remains... Are you good enough?

For me, the answer is NO!

Everything I need. On one plate...

Every significant action, every achievement, every inovation, and meaningful change require time, energy, and effort.

But our perception in today's world is distorted. We see beautiful and successful people everywhere on the Internet, then we compare ourselves to them... and we get depressed.

The problem is, we don't see the work and effort they invested, failures, hardships, struggles...

We can become great too! But it requires energy... time... and effort...

Be guided by the great! Get inspiration! Decide to become the best version of yourself! Let's the journey begin!

SUGAR...

Do you crave cocaine? No? Why? It may give you even more pleasure than sugar. But you know it's poison! So, you avoid it.

Sugar, while may seem not as harmful, actually is. It messes up our pleasure system.

When we consume sugar, our perception of pleasure gets distorted. It messes everything in our lives, as all is connected to pleasure.

We can only be happy when we get pleasure from meaningful things.

Want to be happy? Never ever consume this poison again!

Eating less food is not an efficient way to lose body fat. Prolonged fasting is!

Life is movement. The moment you stop, you start dying...

The more we depend on external stuff, the less free we are. If food, money, emotions, addictions, attachment, or relationships can affect our behaviors, we are restricted then.

Feeling sad is ok. Stress and anxiety are also natural. Fear, worry, anger, depression... All the emotions and states are natural and should be felt from time to time.

Trying to avoid emotions is a sure way to live a miserable life...

We evolved for survival in unpredictable, chaotic, and harsh conditions. When the environment becomes safe and peaceful, we become bored and start to degrade.

Life is an adventure!

Feelings can't direct you toward a bright future. They evolved in a different environment and are randomly tuned. Feelings can't think and don't know about the future.

The next time you feel the urge to listen to your gut, wake the fuck up! Use your brain!

Biased perception of the world is actually a beneficial strategy. That's why it evolved. When you see the world in a way that benefits you, your chances of survival and reproduction go up.

But there is a catch. If you don't know what the actual reality is, your perception may be so delusional that it will harm or even destroy you.

If you can be as objective as possible, acquiring information from many sources and can build a version of reality that is very close to the real one, you can then build a reality that benefits you on top of that.

And it is very important, because certain things can't be done in the objective reality.

For example. If you want to become the best tennis player in the world, you need crazy obsession with tennis, and for that, you need to know that you are the best, even before it becomes reality.

So, you understand the real world first, knowing that the best are living tennis, obsessed with it, love it, breathe it... Then, you create a biased version that benefits you, where you know that you are the best player. And now, because you are the best, you start behaving like the best, living it, breathing it...

And you become the best! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

FAKE. FAKE. FAKE.

Everything in the modern world is fake. And competition drives REAL out and FAKE in. Because it's cheaper, faster, easier...

Do you see patterns? It is another pyramid scheme house of cards that will collapse spectacularly.

You can embrace FAKE and be wiped by the tsunami, or you can build REAL no matter what.

It is up to us! We are building the world we and our children will live in.

What are YOU building? FAKE or REAL?

It's funny and interesting.

People try to convince others that whatever they do is the best and correct way. Eating, living, thinking... Arguing and proving themselves.

I experiment a lot and find interesting ideas and concepts, which I am sharing here on X with my friends. This is how I think, what I found, how I live... You can try it, or just ignore, I don't care πŸ˜‰

Am I right? Wrong? Do I need to explain it? Prove? I'll do what I want, you do you...

My 21-day fasting experiment ended. All the results and conclusions are in the thread.

It was one of the best experiences in my life. Next will be even harsher stuff, 28 days, harder training, and other limits breaking.

Also, I will start posting video content soon.

A fasting video course is in the works.
