When you plan to drive to a city far away, thinking about the entire journey can cause anxiety. Will you have enough fuel? What might happen on the road? Will you be able to make it? These questions are impossible to answer from where you are now.
But if you focus only on the next action — packing your bags, getting into the car, driving to a petrol station, filling up the tank, and then leaving your city — there will be no anxiety, and each step will be manageable. You will resolve whatever happens during the trip if you focus on the next action. This way, you will complete your trip for sure.

We have all invested a lot of time and energy into our current way of life. That's why we often defend it, even if it brings us misery and mediocrity.
To transform our lives and become healthy and happy, we need to start investing our time and energy into a new lifestyle — a healthier and more efficient one. This change needs to happen gradually, little by little, step by step.

FASTING 28.
Not eating for 28 days. Is it possible? What will happen? Is it good or bad for health?
I've done many water fasts in the past. The last one was 21 days, and it had very good effects on everything. I lost 14 kg (30 lbs) in 3 weeks and doubled my testosterone.
This time, I'll fast for 28 days. Will work out in the gym every day for 30 minutes. Will walk 10k steps daily minimum. Will film lots of videos and assemble a short documentary and a guide on fasting.

I feel better and better. Today, I took an iron supplement.
I feel less weakness. Workout done, 10k walk done, everything is great.
Weight at 84 kg, ketones at 5.6 mmol/l.
Visually, I look better and better with every day without food. My head is clear. The only discomfort is weakness. Tomorrow should be better, as iron will help.

If you have never thrown a basketball into the basket, you have no idea how it's done or how heavy the ball is. You can watch others do it or ask about the weight of the ball, but until you try shooting it yourself several times, you won't be able to become efficient and score.
