Creating chaos is much easier than creating order. Focus. Focus. Focus.

Life is hard and sometimes dangerous. But we are capable of handling it and succeeding.

If you can be intentional, you can win!

Doing things for the sake of pleasure is a sure way to meaningless miserable life.

When you believe things, you need to constantly reassure yourself and others, actively working to defend your beliefs.

When you understand, you just chill...

The world is full of different people. Most are stupid, and few are intelligent. And the dumber the person, the louder their reaction and reply to you.

What is your reaction when a monkey starts laughing at you?

Mine is a calm smile... Then I continue walking my path...

There is information everywhere. And it can be grouped into patterns. Any ideology and concept, any even bizarre idea can be proven right by facts, intentionally picked to prove it.

But if we want to understand the reality well, we need to grasp the underlying principles of the universe.

Life tends to move towards progress and efficiency. Not the other way around.

For example the food, the more energy and nutrient dense the food, the more complex and advanced the creatures eating it. And the most energy and nutrient dense food is... cooked fatty meat.

But you choose to pick facts that confirm your beliefs, don't you? 🤔

"What if it doesn't work? What if I won't make it? What if I fail?"

Exactly! You will continue, learning and growing in the process. And you will succeed eventually, whenever you will be ready!

To aim and shoot at a target effectively and precisely, we need accurate information about the target, conditions, and environment. We must also understand physics and other aspects of how the world works. And, of course, we need experience.

We need the same for all other areas of life.

Your chances of success will rise significantly when you stop lying to yourself

If I were the owner of a sheep farm, I wouldn’t shepherd the herd myself. I would choose a shepherd that the sheep like the most to do the job.

There is no bad food. There’s food that we can eat to stay healthy, and there are things that aren't food, which make us sick and should not be eaten.

414 hours. 17+ days. I finished my fast.

During the last 2 days I felt weaker than usual, and in the last several hours I became so weak that I was barely able to walk. Also, a vertigo started. I felt that this was going to end badly, so I finished the fast. The goal was to use fasting for health benefits, not to establish records.

I ate 6 eggs, a couple of pieces of cheese, and 100g of meat. I felt discomfort in my stomach. The vertigo stopped. Then I went to sleep.

12 hours after that, I ate 700g of beef.

Now I'm feeling good and there is no more weakness.

I will post all the details (before/after, weight loss info, blood test results, and conclusions) in several days.

The desire to settle down, to build a castle with walls, and to find a piece of mind is a defensive mechanism. The moment you settle down is the moment you start regressing...

Being a fan of any other person, a man or a woman, is childish behavior. Be a fan of yourself!

My goal was always the maximum performance. It never was feeling good.

We are genetically evolved to trust other people... And this is why the world became delusional and is built on lies upon lies...

Lifting weights is about the weight and the tension. It doesn't need to be a fancy exercise with acrobatic movement, it'snot a circus. The simpler the motion, the better. Just lift the weight!

408 hours. The last two days I was feeling weak. Did 10k steps anyway. Any physical activity required a lot more effort.

The weight loss slowed down. I am drinking lots of water, which adds some weight, too.

Ketones are at 6.8 mmol/l, an absolute ketosis.

I am driving my liter sportbike without any problems.

My mind is very calm and clear.

I become energized during meaningful conversations with interesting people.

I don't crave food, but I get pleasure imagining what I'll cook and how I'll eat after I finish the fast.

I saw a dream last night. I saw exactly how I want my future to look like. It felt amazing, and after I woke up intensive motivation hit me.
