Fortunate enough to knock out a 10k run at lunch today, my longest in probably over a couple years. Publicly posting on here that I’m signing up for a 25k in May in attempts to hold myself accountable.

I’m grateful to physically be able to run 6 miles, there are many people that cannot. I was reminded of this in a deep discussion with my wife last night at dinner about some of her patients as a physical therapist. Feeling good, pass it on nostr!

Agreed with you there on lower prices. Just remember gold was the first to pump out of the late fall 22 lows and everything else followed, especially BTC. I just don’t see how a 2% down move in gold isn’t also matched and then some by risk assets at some point. I’m good either way like you
