Question. Are the different nostr implementations segregated from each other? In other words, if you post to zapddit.com/feed, can those posts appear in your feed in Amethyst? I'm assuming you can simply add whatever relays zapddit uses here?

Or do the posts in different implementations differ datawise and thus filtered/ignored by incompatible clients?
