This is easy to say when nostr wasn’t picked. Everything about the evangelical cultural tone leads me to believe that an adoption of nostr from any s&p 500 social media company would be labeled as an attack really quickly.

Twitter is not being run well at all... that is an understatement.... but I don't find nostr user friendly, it almost seems like a closed boys club.... I know I just joined, but I feel that the platform or protocol or whatever you want to call it, does not want new people....

In a time when most people want less data shared, they take more. Not to mention the previous data breaches and enormous fines they've paid because of it. I don't trust them 1 bit
We (humans) need to stop using products we don't like or agree with. Just don't use them.
I think this is huge simply for onboarding people to a Twitter-like service. If they’re good at one thing, it’s getting a billion people on to the network.

since there's very little new content in meta and it's all just stole stake, there's nothing to discuss. it's all being developed elsewhere. that's the thing about conversation: it requires multi-lateral effort and engagement. "posting" is what they do on facebook. conversation is content creation - the foundation of what proof of work models are. most of meta is just splashy performance - there's no substance. hence why it's already a ghost town.
