People do tend to use hash tags, like #grownostr
Also people are starting to build tools like https://nostr.kiwi which is kinda Reddit-like

I see. What’s the best way to grow communities or audiences over here!! I had started by checking out some hashtags but sofar I’m realizing this is quite a different approach. Perhaps I should burry the social media app mindset.
