What a day. I learned that a #Nostore Safari extension exists. I learned that I cannot post anything through #primal for some reason ("post" button issue, am I the only one, should I feel special?). I learned some more #Python scripting because I want to keep my #Mac clean of leftover app files. And I posted something personal about my disability to a stranger on #nostr.

OK, cool. I get it. But we do bond over similarities with other people, I think that’s human nature. In general. Not sure good or bad factors in.

I’m with you on focusing on the positive, it is amazing to me the energy people devote to the negatives.

(I’m personally going through something really challenging, it’s in my face all the time, can’t escape, can’t ignore, and I appreciate that finding anything positive may be a struggle. For me, the first step is staying aware.)

Do you mean trauma support groups are counterproductive? I can’t agree to be negative about that, they serve a purpose. It helps to have someone to share with to get through a traumatic stage. Counterproductive would be to get stuck in that. People who don’t seek any help are way more likely to become toxic to others.

But the point is to help heal and move through whatever stages there may be. Into joy, as you say ☺️ We already have that kind of bonding: #nostr

I am curious as I am learning myself how to integrate Nostr and my new little tiny blog that I am doing purely for fun.

Today I take control of keeping my computer clean of ALL leftover files, especially of iOS apps on a mac. I choose what stays and I choose what goes. So I came up with a little bit of shell scripting.

Do not believe those silly instructions like "drag the app from /Applications/ to Trash". Tip of the iceberg.
