Hi, I’m Brighid. I’ve spent the past year learning how to bake sourdough and experimenting with simple, real ingredients — usually with flour all over the kitchen and no real plan, just a lot of tasting and adjusting until it felt right. I’m still figuring things out as I go, but the bread has gotten really good, and I’m finally ready to start sharing it. Thanks for being here for the beginning of this little adventure.

Wash off any slime or growth on the roots and try transplanting it to a bigger soil pot. Plants are so much more resilient than we think most of the time.

Hydroponics, growing just in water. Great way to propagate and multiply your plants too! But normally want to either consistently filter/circulate/change the water for the nutrients, or transplant them into a pot before they get to this point

One of the cool things about sourdough is how resilient it is — it naturally stays fresher longer, resists mold, and even bounces back with a little freeze/thaw or rehydration. Basically, it was built to travel. 🥖✈️

Thanks! 😍 Yup, we ship loaves. One of the cool things about sourdough is it’s naturally tougher than your average bread—stays fresh longer, resists mold better, and even bounces back if you freeze, thaw, or give it a little splash of water to rehydrate.

We wrap each loaf in waxed parchment before boxing it up as well, so it’s pretty travel-friendly. Basically, it’s built for the road 🥖📦⚡️
