I don't use BTCPay Server, but generally:
With multisig, the private keys (seeds) from all the signers determine the public key. You ask if you can do that without changing the seed, no because now you have multiple seeds.
You can use the old singlesig seed as one of the signers, but it's better to rotate, and your addresses don't stay the same anyway.
It's hard to answer your question because you say different things, let me know if I can clarify a specific example 🙂

I think distribution should be a setting to play with. Now it's more of a casino where the house often takes home a lot. But it would be nice to choose you want to reward comments, if you're not in it to profit of the casino.

I'm familiar with the original answer, but wonder, you present it as if the host opened a random wallet, instead of purposely opening an empty one. I wonder if that changes the logic behind this riddle, since there is a chance he opened the filled wallet 🤔 however my intuition says no since the riddle takes off from the same point as the original.
