It's not implemented on the latest release. Next release will include it.

Example: Instead of saying "New reaction: ๐Ÿงก" it could say " has reacted with a ๐Ÿงก to your post: ".

#Pokey #Nostr #NostrApps

It is, but that requires more work I still need to spend on it ๐Ÿ™‚

I just had the most cypherpunk idea for a project I'll ever had and I confirmed that it's possible to implement, maybe for 2025.

Check the Relays tab to make sure it connects to your relay list, if not, stop and startbuttono should do the trick, I think I already have the fix for that ready for thenesxt release

As reported by nostr:nprofile1qqsyvrp9u6p0mfur9dfdru3d853tx9mdjuhkphxuxgfwmryja7zsvhqppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qythwumn8ghj7anfw3hhytnwdaehgu339e3k7mf0qyghwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnhd9hx2tch2deau , Pokey seems to overtake available connections on your device if you have too many relays on your list, making other nostr apps to struggle with the space left.

The reason is that Pokey indiscriminately connects to all your relays.

I'll test a first approach making Pokey to be restrictive with the connections, but that involves you need to make sure to have a curated DM and public inbox list. Double check if your favourite client takes care of that.

I have on the backlog to add support to directly manage this lists also from Pokey, but there is still a lot of other stuff to work on.

I noticed that in Graphene, if you switch users sometimed it does not connect again to the relays when you are back. Is it possible that was your case? Maybe same situation will happen if the phone was turned off.

What are your numbers on baterry usage with all that?

That wouldinvolvee having Pokey as an output tools, knstead of just input. I hace to think about it.

I just implemented NIP-42 for Pokey. But there are a couple of fixes I want to do before another release.

And I'll probably include events broadcasting to other apps.

Apart from that, I have:

- Use built-in Tor engine

- Multi-account

- InBox Relays management

What am I missing?

It's rare to happens, but it's possible, I know how to solve it but I need to work on it.

Thanks for reporting I sometimes see one duplication but not so many. That means it has more priority to be fixed ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Checkout the Relay list sometimes it fails to get all your relaylistss at the first try

Multu- acoubns is on the roadmap ๐Ÿ‘
