metadata.nostr.com is one of the most important and helpful #Nostr resources, and you should bookmark it immediately.
It maintains a historical record of all your profile & npub metadata. If your profile ever gets wiped out, or changed by an inconsiderate app, you can immediately restore it with just a click! And not just your metadata, but your outbox/Inbox relay config, and your contacts, as well!
This site has saved me from immense aggravation more than once, and it can save you, too! #blog

It's a POC. Pokey is actually receiving all inbox notes for the user. So Pokey can broadcast to any app can just listening in your phone these notes and save battery and bandwidth. You can disable it if don't want other apps to listed to the notes.

This sounds like obvious advice, but I'm always amazed at how many people apparently don't find simple truth to be self-evident. More often, I encounter people who discover some "cool" solution, and then try to figure out how to make it fix their problems.

You know that guy is a medical doctor? He was a practicing physician until he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a comedic actor. And he actually recently saved someone's life. Some medical emergency either on a plane or at a theater.
