That's not my experience with it. The people who are typically given the waiver are tech and science workers, and their salaries are in line with what anyone else would be paid in those positions. It functions more like a stopgap to fill positions they're unable to fill with the current domestic labor pool than as some money saving measure. But I'm sure there are cases that reflect what you're saying. I'm just speaking on my own firsthand experience.
Thank you so much for creating that essential tool. When I'm onboarding a new user, it's one of the utilities I make sure they bookmark. 🙏🎉
Agreed. It's one of, if not the best wallets forbthe desktop. The Electrum desktop wallet is also very good, and packed with great features. But it seems Sparrow has overtaken Electrum as the premiere wallet for the desktop.
Whenever I make a change to my profile metadata or content, or my relay config.
Yes, that's accurate. I can deal with circumstantial ignorance. But the willful, Dunning-Kruger ignorance drives me nuts. It causes a visceral reaction. So I run from it as fast as possible to save myself from the anger and aggravation.
I'm always angry at ignorance. And the internet always has a full supply. But you can't go around being angry at things all day. It's not good for you. So, when I encounter ignorance, I just stop looking at it, and focus on something else. I choose joy. For your own well-being, you should do the same.
Money will make any dude look irresistible to the ladies. Wasn't he dating that blonde model? And didn't he beat her?
Ohhhhhh... Must have had a bad night. That explains why he looks familiar. Lool
It looks kinda like Urkel.
Nunchuk has that ability, as well. It's a must-have feature if you're running your own node. Green Wallet is a nice wallet. It's made by a reliable company, and it works flawlessly with the Jade.
At the least, they could have properly done the math on the entries they put in so the balance was correct. This is just lazy.
What Bitcoin wallet is everyone using? I use Nunchuk Wallet, and Mycelium as a watch-only backup. I've also used Electrum and Blue Wallet, but I prefer Nunchuk.
I've had this issue, too. I ended up downloading directly from the repo and installing fresh.
Who is that? Why does he look so familiar?
On yeah. They had a great montage. Not the first time Matt and Trey incorporated a classic 80s montage in their shows.
It's a visa program that allows employers to sponsor foreign talent. Those employees can basically stay in the country as long as they maintain employment with the sponsoring business. It's been an important program for industries that don't have a big enough domestic talent pool, and for businesses that require niche talent that's not always available from the domestic talent pool. Technology companies and biotech companies tend to use the program the most.
You should include metadata.nostr.com in your nostr basics website. Not enough people know about it. It's simple, but provides such an important service. Totally for free. If you've ever had your profile data and relay config screwed up by some discourteous client, you know how important metadata.nostr.com is. New users especially should be informed.
I don't understand that math. Looks like one of those screens that some design guy marked up when they could have more easily just taken a screenshot and have real data.
Buy that dip!
