Ok, I'll check with the devs, hopefully they have some insight. Thanks for your time.
Yeah, the logs just show the initial startup of Haven, which all looks good, then nothing after that. I mean, these comments should be sent there right?
Yes, in a browser on my laptop (or phone): http://mytailscaleaddress:3355
hits the outbox end point from anywhere.
Also, Coracle and Damus show green light/connected when the relay is added (ws://mytailscaleaddress:3355) to those clients.
I've posted a note but Coracle shows connections: 0 to the relay.

I am not familiar with Portainer or Tailscale, apologies. What I would suggest is to test that your relay is able to accept websocket connections at all prior to using with a client.
I have a section here where I am setting up a relay with auth, and test the connection with wscat.

If all else fails open a GitHub issue with the devs. Utxo and Anthony are quite responsive
Thanks for that. I ran the command:
umbrel@umbrel:~$ wscat -c ws://localhost:3355
Connected (press CTRL+C to quit)

So...I think that's good...?
Thanks for the tip. I ran the command: Connected (press CTRL+C to quit) >
I have a question, not sure if you'll have an answer. I set up Haven in Portainer and I'm able to connect to the endpoints via web browser (through Tailscale, not reverse proxy). However when added to clients notes don't get sent to it. Any ideas?
do you have local ssl certificates set up. I suppose you may need to use http://mytailscaleaddress:3355

No ssl. I can typically use Tailscale to keep everything encrypted without it. And I did try with http://
I’ll mess around some more
I set up Alby Hub on my own mini-pc server (with BTC node etc). It took some doing but runs smoothly since. I used Megalith which is one of the LN providers built in, it think for somewhere around 50k sats to open.
When I tried adding my server it wouldn’t connect. I added https://mytailscaleaddress:3355.
In a web browser this gives me the outbox page. Some clients connect to the relay ok (ws://…) but not sending notes. Maybe I have something misconfigured.
I don’t think it’ll work for me, since I use Tailscale I need to connect directly from my devices to my server (it’s not exposed publicly).
Let's test this.

Ok. Is there any documentation on using the Blossom function, like just add the address:port as http in a client for content? How do you view the content uploaded? I realize I'm asking a lot of questions and I do appreciate your time so thanks for that.
Yeah pretty cool, wasn't sure if I'd get it going. I know Umbrel has on Nostr relay in their store. I'm not sure how many people would use a Haven package in Umbrel. So now that I have it running, and added to a client, is there anything I can do or see regarding what it's doing?
Ok cool, wasn't sure if there was any settings or other info displayed in the GUI
Ok I removed those directories and copied the files there and now it's working. I connect and it shows the relay page: "MyName outbox relay". Are there settings or other options to access?
I changed the paths. When I start the logs say:
Failed to read file: read relays_import.json: is a directory
And when I look at the file structure via terminal, relays_import.json does list as a directory. Shouldn't it be a file?
They’re all warmongers. So…why does he choose Obama? Why don’t all crap presidents get their portraits displayed?
Understood. I see a number of people saying this. Some are developers, and when they talk of taking likes out of clients entirely I think that’s too far, and limiting.
Depends on the client. Damus is quick. YakiHonne pulls up a window, enter amount, zap, takes a sec or two to finalize. Scrolling through a bunch of notes when time is limited, it adds up. Andas I mentioned, some notes I just want to like and not zap. My choice.
My issue with that is I just wanna do what I want. Sometimes I have the time to read lots of notes and comment on them and zap. Sometimes I don’t have much time but wanna get an update of what’s happening and will do some quick likes (and maybe just don’t wanna give someone the zaps too). I don’t think it’s a basis to label or un-label someone.
I keep seeing notes about vibe coding so I used datamachine.ai (as a non-coder) to vibe code a python script that displays BTC price and updates every two minutes.

Last time I used Olas and shared a photo it showed up in YakiHonne as a link instead of an image. Not sure why nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft ?
FYI…galaxie500 is often already taken as a user name so galaxie5000 became my standard handle.
Very nice. Would love to see pics. Came so close to getting a '66 Lincoln Continental with suicide doors before deciding to hit the road with nostr:nprofile1qqsz9nr55u53zdecvenu7zj5z3hfu2ua5skjfft9t3lstqgrcy3n5uspzemhxue69uhkummnw3ex2mrfw3jhxtn0wfnj7g8xz56 in the '97 P32 GMC step van. I have always wanted one—it is definitely my next ride.

I used to tinker with motorcycles. Easy to work on. I have a '67 Ford I do basic maintenance on but never went to deep, partially due to limitation of space and tools, and partially due to laziness. You will learn a lot.
Don't remove public relays or you will be isolated, not every one can broadcast to this paid relays.
Ok, I asked bc the paid relays say they aggregate from public relays.
Does it make sense to have two paid relays like nostr:npub1jjn20zj6awa6gz73423zxjqszvkzmqqyhwghwctvgy7ncrwlxg8qdavknm and nostr:npub18kzz4lkdtc5n729kvfunxuz287uvu9f64ywhjz43ra482t2y5sks0mx5sz’s Nostr.wine? And if so, then remove public relays?

Agreed then that the system is fkd. The Canadian I referred to didn’t even do anything wrong. No reason to be detained. Why send Venezuelans to El Salvador? Not to mention people being denied entry based solely on their views or looks. The point of the original post being, seem possible someone travels to the US could end up in El Salvador. “How it works” is even less so how it’s supposed to.
