I think they have a small portion of the total amount. So they are selling to give people the dollar amount they have. The courts arenāt going to divi up portions of bitcoin in what they owe people. If Bitcoin was worthless you would want fiat so you could invest in something else or pay bills with the money you havenāt had access to for a long time.
