IMO it's totally OK to ban "social media" where a foreign entity can dictate what is being popularised and what is being suppressed. I'm not even sure how did we all accept that it's ok that an unknown "algorithm" that is managed by a small group of people can decide what's going on in the world.
The first sentence is where everything you've written falls apart. Where do you get the idea of having X available = Freedom? It's a platform managed by a very small group of people.

The more I read and watch about Nato and EU, I feel like the best way of forward is just abolishing both of them. At EU, unelected people overriding local laws from top down weird decisions. At Nato, unelected people driving nations into war.
Going back and re-reading whatever I've read from media related to Russia - Nato - EU, I notice that most of the things said about Russia was just projection of whatever EU and Nato doing behind curtains.
