A reader, wants to know stuff, don't believe the media much, Bitcoin. Probably need more sleep. Amateur bird watcher. Cat person, animal person Peace, Love and Bitcoin

This amazes me too nostr:note13a6qrrkuzkftmjtspryxlx7qfwlk5feu7dwyllp2egk9feqvefasd7dx9p

I was reading through the annual reports of a number of European companies and admiring the fact that they spent at least 70% of the report on their ESG endeavours, how they managed to get all the right colour people in the right colour boxes and then the financial carnage at the end of the report because they weren’t doing any real work.

Oh sorry! I made some stickers of this cat doing a karate kick but it obviously doesn’t work outside of this phone. Back to the drawing board!

Thanks Dawn you legend! I can now tell people to bugger off in style 😂

😂😂😂

I laughed at some of his comments about people realising politicians are idiots or that we should all start our own meme coins.

Or that Maelstrom doesn’t fuck for free 🤣🤣

Tee hee!! There are some I’d love to!

You’ve made it really pretty 😁 who can be upset with a purple GFY? 🤣🤣

This made me giggle

I love coming on #Nostr and seeing all of you, you give me hope because you all think, understand, seek to understand, seek to improve yourselves and know that you don’t know everything but try to anyway.

It’s nice to know I’m not the only one working toward improving myself 😊

Eating better

Sleeping better

Brain food and moving better

There is merit in cutting down on the drain to your personal bandwidth by having fewer people or fewer reasons to please people. You make a good point here. I have divested myself (mostly) of the manipulative ones and cut down my friend group to the good ones. Personally it’s still a big goal to people please less this year. 🙀

I’m grateful that you shared your thoughts, thank you 🙏🏽

Definitely joining the next “31 exercise things” challenge with you 🎈🎈

Good morning friends of #nostr

I read this post from Arthur Hayes this morning and had a good giggle at it.

Hmm I have been thinking about that question for a while…. What am I going to fail on to build confidence? I started small with being committed to my exercise stuff. Next up going back to eating better. But the hardest ones are self work.. I’m a people pleaser and this has to stop so it’s going to be the hardest challenge.. I’m not going to lie I am afraid, to say no and be unpopular and uncomfortable, to have to face conflict and not smooth things over. Sounds so so silly.
