It’s both. Serendipity and probability are related. And serendipity can be tied to both high probability and low probability events.

Agnostic. My parents were divorced. Father took us to Assembly of God (speaking in tongues ect) and my mom was fundamental Baptist (super strict, couldn't wear shorts, go to public swimming pools, play upside on Sundays ect))

They were both super judgemental....oh and they loathed each others...

15 years of that will drive anyone to being Agnostic. 😄

Why not? We live in a world full of endless actions, reactions, and inactions. Personally, I have experienced far too much serendipity to not believe in fate.

grew up christian but never felt connected. The unanswered questions of the universe feel like there is something. I’m way more fascinated by life and space and how all of it works

I hear you on this. It is quite interesting right? The universe is so vast, it’s like how can you not have questions? How can you not be fascinated by it all? Just amazing

The last time I thought about this very very deeply was many years ago when I was lying on the beach in the middle of the night in Costa Rica. It was pitch black and you could see so many stars and planets too! Felt like I could see so so so far into the galaxy. And that is something that I never really got to witness living in New York because there’s too many lights.

I can’t wait to go back

I'm a Buddhist but that's not a belief. It's a practice, and it comes from experience rather than faith.

Intellectually, everything I know I take it as a concept that is in some sense limiting my perception of the world by labeling it. You can't label the totality, because every time you label, you are doing so dualisticaly. It is this, not that. I'm interested in that which lies beyond all.

Practically i meditate as regularly as I can and that has been the single biggest life enhancing habit I've ever done.
