Life expectancy for Russian men went from the *high 60s in 1990 to the mid 50s* by mid decade.
Think about that for a second; of how much death it takes to drop the average lifespan more than a decade, that quickly - mostly the result of deaths of suicide, violence, or overdose.
The mortality rate for men hit 480 out of every 1,000.

Agree, just my reply-to-preceding-post attempts to date have appeared chaotic and disconnected for me on Damus - to the extent I had low believability that my thread attempt could be deciphered.
Can you insert images between paragraphs? Not sure but I don’t think so.
