I switched back just last week. Damned Apple.
Adding more URLs just delays the problem. It does not provide a means for recovery.
B.
Imho docker is a trap. It makes you think it simplifies things because the initial install is quick. But everything that comes next is unnecessarily complex.
They can make things harder though.

20 years jail time for using Bitcoin or Nostr coming?
#s686
That only works for apps that support this NIP, which is probably limited to Nostr clients.
Lightning wallets have a much broader use case.
I think people see the potential, but are also worried about vendor lock-in.
Imagine every app having its own wallet 'because powerful features". It would be a mess.
Glad to see him make the switch. Hope other SSB devs do the same.
I did like that SSB can work P2P over bluetooth etc. when the Internet is gone. But I'm sure someone will come up with a P2P mode NIP for Nostr sooner or later.
Add an (optional) timestamp. I don't want my past wiped, just block future events.
Switched from ZFS to btrfs a year or so ago. No issues.
Did you tell her other Nostriches zap you with lightning?
As long as they're not fully an in-app experience, I would say yes.
Bad idea. People don't like battery draining apps on their phone.
Want it!
QR would be nice.
I think a URL scheme is more pressing though. Or can we already link to nostr://npubxyz123 and have the Amethyst/Damus app open?
I think so. Previous versions also had that bug.
