I guess it's contextual. What's a small fortune? It could be 1 BTC or he could have a bunch of them, millions potentially.

The people I know who got into BTC very early on regularly sell some and then put it to use, and when opportunities arise again, they buy some more and hold again.

People seem to have this all or nothing attitude, and I think it could eventually humble them.

Buying an asset when everyone is telling you it's a bad idea is hard, but selling an asset when you have made 3, 4, or 10 times your annual salary is way harder.

Another one I noticed. If I click on bookmark a note, but then cancel the prompt, when I continue browsing, the popup for the bookmark reappears. I was able to fix it by accepting the bookmark.

Same I usually do 6 but some work days I switch to 7 if I’m hungry earlier. The giant meal to start the eating window on weekends is great.

This is highly dependent on how much volume you get during your workouts. I eat in a 6 hour window usually. I need a reminder to have a snack in the middle of the window to make sure I eat enough for the amount of exercise I do
